[PART 1] I cropped bits and pieces from my personal zine to share for Mental Health Day. I drew this 2 years ago and it’s called “Living With It”.

It took me a long time to open up to friends and family about what I went through. As a result, my mental health took a major toll.
If you’re going through pain, I highly advise to get the help you need whether it’s talking to family, a friend or a professional! Seriously, anybody. Don’t let those awful thoughts and feelings pent up inside.
Please, don’t give up on yourself. It may seem hard now but trust me,
you can overcome it and you’ll be super proud of yourself when you do.
